Classes are held in a safe and sacred space for students of all levels. Our aware and passionate instructors will help guide students with the intention of helping them find self-healing and bliss. All classes will be heated between 105-110 degrees.
Vinyasa Vibe- Focusing on connecting movement with breath. Through feeling the energy and vibe of the room, each class is creative and fresh.
Sacred Flow- A blend of Vinyasa and Gentle yoga. Focusing on center and balance.
Power Flow- Focusing on building strength and endurance. Challenging the body while quieting the mind.
Illuminate- Illuminate your soul with graceful movement and joy. Focusing on spiritual enlightenment and self-love.
Self-Care- A restorative based gentle yoga class. Focusing on self-love and self-care.
